Integrations / Customer Mapping

Two things: whether every integration this app depends on is currently reachable, and for every SLA/Managed Services customer, what name (if any) matched in each downstream system. A red "No match" doesn't always mean broken — the customer may genuinely not be onboarded to that system yet. Use this to spot real gaps, then confirm before adding an override in accountOverrides.ts.
